Guess who has joined in on the One Room Challenge. Me! Me! Me! I seriously needed a good push to get my life I mean Primary Bedroom together. I have been living with baby poop walls since 2011. Sorry to the previous owners but this is the most drab brown one ever did see. Oh but do I have plans. I have been dreaming and planning for years about what I want to do. Even purchased curtains three whole years ago. Yeah see I take that whole slow design talk seriously. To be honest I have been busy creating a garden oasis and didn’t have much time.
I have known for a while now that I wanted to redo my bedroom. I wanted swanky but old, grandma but she modern, vanilla rum and warm Florida nights. It’s a vibe. Wallpaper, paneling and floral prints and modern, sexy lighting. The lighting, I can not handle it. Pretty objects, stacked books and sweet smells you get the feels right?
So I need to find paint so far I’m 0-3 with Sherwin Williams winning & taking all my money on sample pots. Is anyone else’s Sherwin Williams store out of sample pots. Ours have been out for over a month and so that sucks. LOL! I bet I can find something to do with those quarts cans that didn’t workout though. Dress up some furniture I purchased inexpensively, panel my walls, hang wall paper, plum for electrical, hang chandelier and Hide my Credit Card. With the later being the most important step of all.
Get ready we are going to be doing some this or that post on IG next week and a walk thru that I am less embarrassed of. Today I’ll give you a wall and that’s it. I can not sell myself out just yet. Please allow me time to show you how ugly it is. In the meantime look at my inspo above.

I don’t know if it’s the same where you lives, but in KC, Lowe’s carries Sherwin Williams and their samples are a little smaller and a few dollars cheaper.
Brittany that means so much to me. I love home design and decor. I have used Lowe’s paint line and it is indeed amazing. They just aren’t close by.
